Compliance & Responsible Lead Practices
How our programs are designed. This page describes our practices and is not a certification or legal opinion.
Clear consumer consent
Every inquiry form used in our campaigns displays plain-language consent describing who may contact the consumer, by what methods, and for what purpose. Consent text, timestamps, page URLs, and source information are stored with each lead record.
Transparent contact permissions
Firms receive the consent details captured with each inquiry so intake teams can contact consumers in the manner they agreed to.
Lead-source documentation
Campaign landing pages, advertising sources, and form language are documented and available to participating firms on request.
Secure data handling
Inquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited to authorized personnel and the receiving firm, and retention follows the campaign agreement and applicable law.
Compliance-conscious campaign setup
Campaign copy avoids promises of results, guarantees of recovery, or statements that could mislead consumers about the likelihood of success. We do not use content that implies a firm has already accepted a case or that legal action is required.
No guarantee of retention or outcomes
We do not represent to consumers or to firms that any inquiry will result in an attorney-client relationship, a fee, or a case outcome.
Your responsibilities
Each firm is responsible for confirming that participation complies with the professional-conduct, advertising, and solicitation rules of the jurisdictions in which it practices and receives inquiries, and for its own handling of consumer data.
